Reviews
Every project has its constraints. Unless you review all these points of constraint regularly against the evolving design, it’s easy to go off track.
The IDMS process has regular reviews built into it, with key design gates decided right at the start of every project. At these reviews, members of the customer Project team sit down and look at all aspects of the design to determine whether it’s still within the constraints, and therefore meeting the requirements of the original specification.
We have a responsibility to the customer to ensure the final design meets their original brief, and that all the initial constraints are adhered to, and stage gate reviews make sure that we achieve this every time.
