A key aspect of IDMS is the focussed multi-function team that we build around your project. This is how we effectively close the communications gap, and ensure product designs are developed in tandem with manufacturing.
Whether you use all of our in-house engineering resources or utilise some of your own engineers, we hand-pick an IDMS team, involving people whose skills map directly to the key demands of your project. It’s the responsibility of this customer project team to support the engineers in meeting all the design and manufacturing requirements, to undertake reviews and to report back to you throughout the entire process.
In addition to this day-to-day help and support, your IDMS team also provides the longer-term vision, having a clear view of your entire project, the first stages of design, all the way through to prototype, to NPI and low-volume manufacture, and if you require it, to high volume.
